The hotel staff were polite and helpful, doing an excellent job to ensure our stay was comfortable. The location was convenient, with a Seven 11 right next door and easy subway access from exit 15, which had an elevator. The separate toilet and shower in the room were a nice touch. excellent value for money with a bonus of $1000 yen to spend on food and drinks if bed linen wasn't changed.
