The location was perfect, with great restaurants within walking distance and easy access to the city center. The location was great, with easy access to the town center and attractions like Muckross House. The staff, especially Lucia on reception, were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel breakfast could be improved by upgrading the furniture and provisions in the breakfast room. The quality of the coffee could also be better.

The en-suite bathroom was adequately spacious and all necessary furnishings were provided, including hot beverages in the room. The hotel is conveniently located within a 10-15 minute walk of the town centre, as well as the rail/bus station and Killarney House & Gardens. The breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious, offering a few options including a tasty full Irish breakfast. The décor in the bedroom was lovely, and the rooms were surprisingly quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the beautiful scenery and walks in the area.

Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and polite. They made sure that our rooms were cleaned daily and provided us with all the amenities we needed, including a kettle and some tea bags in the room. Lastly, the breakfast included in the price was excellent. We had a variety of options to choose from and it was all delicious. this hotel offered great value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

We could hear the sound of the TV and shower from the adjacent room which affected our sleep quality. the key card had some issues and we had to walk to another location to resolve it.
