The spa was a nice touch and the staff there were very accommodating. The beds in the room were extremely comfortable and made for a great night's sleep.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The manager was not very polite about it and made us feel like we were a hassle.

The staff was pleasant and helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at a family-friendly hotel in a popular Irish destination. The facilities for children were outstanding, with activities like bungee basketball, giant inflatables, and splash mania in the pool. The spacious lobby provided a great place to relax, and there was always music in the evening. The dining room had a constant flow of freshly cooked food, and the staff were amazing, especially Andella, Leanne, Michelle, and Caoimhe. highly recommended for families with children.

There were a few minor drawbacks, such as a not-so-friendly receptionist when we had to change rooms and issues with the shower and room temperature. The breakfast choices could have been better, with sour sausages and watered-down orange juice.
