We stayed at this hotel and loved it! The location is great - in a quiet area but still within the centre of town. The room was very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, especially with our request for soya milk for breakfast.

We would recommend this hotel to everyone.

We stayed at Crowne Plaza Kings Cross for a few nights and it was fantastic. The twin room with two double beds was a pleasant surprise. The room was lovely, as was the bathroom. The public areas were spotlessly clean, and the buffet breakfast had a great variety of high-quality options. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Kings Cross.

Clean, modern rooms with free safe, TV, and wifi token. Friendly, helpful staff and safe area close to underground and railway stations. Excellent customer service from reservation/reception team. Tidy room and bathroom, quiet and good view. Good breakfast with fry up, continental, fruits, and healthy options.

The hotel has excellent proximity to transportation with stations nearby to get to the nearest tube station. With a central location, it’s easy to access everything and be right in the centre of it all. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfy, and bathrooms are clean. Breakfast has a great selection and is presented well. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The WiFi may need improvement.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we found the front desk staff to be extremely service-minded and attentive to our needs. The room was excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the rain shower. The hotel provided us with an additional blanket promptly when requested, and the cook even went out of their way to prepare freshly baked eggs for my husband when the breakfast options were limited. The breakfast selection overall was plentiful, offering a wide variety of choices. The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a short 10-minute walk from the main underground and in close proximity to major attractions.

my recent stay at a london hotel was incredible. crowne plaza exceeded my expectations. the location was perfect, rooms were immaculate and the bed was so comfortable. the breakfast spread was delightful. can't wait to stay again!

Aircon not cool enough.

Located on a slippery slope close to the tube, Crowne Plaza offers convenience and easy access to main attractions. The pub opposite adds to its charm, providing a lively atmosphere. The rooms are well-furnished with comfortable beds and nice toiletries in the bathrooms. The staff is exceptional, accommodating any issues that may arise. The breakfast offers a full English breakfast, with a good variety of options to start the day right.

The pool and sauna area can get overcrowded and noisy due to public access through day passes.

Comfortable room, quirky view, fantastic cocktails, quiet and clean, excellent bathroom, spacious with plenty of electrical sockets.

Comfortable beds, quiet a/c, restful night. Convenient location, near main train stations. Excellent customer service, especially from Bargo. Nice pool and spa. Good breakfast variety.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out. The rooms were spotless and the beds were really comfortable. We requested extra pillows, and they were provided promptly. The hotel has limited parking, but we always managed to find a space. The location is great, not far from Kings Cross and within walking distance of Islington high street. It is also conveniently close to transportation options like taxis and buses. we were impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation options, and the friendly staff.
