I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center, yet it felt very private. The original structure of the hotel was beautiful and had unique and quirky details. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection of freshly prepared dishes. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a variety of tasty options to start our day off right.

The noisy room we were assigned. We were located on a lower level, and the sound from the main thoroughfare and other guests walking above us was quite disruptive.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to assist me. The room I stayed in was beautiful, with a modern and welcoming design. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options. it was a fantastic experience.

The first room I was given was quite small and noisy, and there were some cleanliness issues. However, once I raised my concerns with the staff, they promptly offered me a larger and nicer room.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming guest house in Dublin. Number 31, located in a convenient and quiet area, offers a unique experience with its converted Georgian buildings and courtyard. The check-in process was quick and friendly, and despite arriving early, our room was ready. The room itself was beautifully decorated, with a supremely comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. Additionally, the location was ideal, just a short distance from St. Stephen's Green and Grafton Street. The cooked breakfast provided was delicious and made with high-quality ingredients. One standout feature was the cozy sitting room with a small bar, perfect for unwinding in the evening.

We loved this place's location in the trendy neighbourhood, and we were impressed by the great service from the housekeeping and reception staff. We enjoyed our stay in the comfortable room with ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee amenities. The terrace and leisure garden area were delightful, and we appreciated the variety of TV channels offered on the flat-screen TV. The dining bar/lounge area was cosy, and the special diet menus provided a range of delicious options. The staff made us feel very much at home and were happy to help with any request.

We had a wonderful thanksgiving experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and toiletries provided. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to all the major attractions but still far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. The old-world charm of the building added to the overall experience.

Our room had some negative aspects that were hard to overlook. The shower had almost zero pressure, and the walls were thin enough to hear everything happening next door.

We were immediately captivated by the incredible ambiance of Number 31. From the moment we arrived, we were enamored by the 70's style couch pit in the foyer and the beautifully decorated corridors leading to our room. The courtyard garden was a picturesque oasis, and the breakfast was an absolute highlight. The fresh juice, fruit salad, and yoghurt were delicious, and the menu offered an excellent selection. The eggs benedict with spinach and mushrooms were a particular favorite, accompanied by the best coffee I've had in a hotel. The staff were accommodating and understanding of my work commitments, allowing me to take calls in the foyer even after checking out.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel near the popular Stephens Green. The staff at No 31 were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our visit. They quickly addressed our concern about the airless room by providing us with another room that had access to a terrace and plenty of fresh air. Additionally, they assisted us in finding the correct departure stop for the Air Coach service to the airport the next morning. The night porter went above and beyond to ensure we had a continental breakfast ready for our early departure. The location was fantastic, allowing us to easily explore the area on foot. The decor was beautiful, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was fabulous. The highlight of our stay, however, was the excellent breakfast that was worth the visit alone. No 31 provided a secure and comfortable experience, and I cannot wait to return.
