This hotel provides all the facilities required for a comfortable stay, with attention to detail and friendly staff. The location is good, being either in or next to the lively city centre, making it convenient for guests who want to experience the city without having to worry about transportation. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable, providing value for money with a great breakfast included in the rate.

One minor issue was reported with the toilet not flushing properly, but despite this, the overall stay was still enjoyable.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The bedroom staff left a bag of amenities outside our door. The entrance and foyer were inviting. The bed linen, bathroom, and room were clean. The breakfast was excellent and inviting.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel extremely welcome. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and we were impressed with the trendy decor. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the city center and the Medieval Mile. The included breakfast was delicious, and we felt safe with hand sanitizer stations throughout the hotel.

Staying here was the perfect choice, as it’s situated right in the heart of town. We were near everything; being close to all attractions and in the centre of everything made it so easy to explore. The room was comfortable with all of the amenities we needed, and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious, especially the French toast with maple syrup and bacon. We also enjoyed the restaurant, which offered great food and had a nice atmosphere.

The hallways could use some updating, but that really didn't impede on our stay.

our stay at the inn was even better than our previous visit to kilkenny. the staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast service was excellent. the comfortable surroundings really made us feel at home.

The hotel was in a great location for exploring the city and the staff were very friendly! We received complementary bottles of water and tea and coffee in our room, which was a nice touch. the room was clean and comfortable.

The heating system in the room was controlled centrally and didn't come on until the evening, so we arrived to a chilly room during our Xmas stay. the breakfast selection could be improved as there were no fresh fruits or cold cuts available.
