As longer term business travelers, we were impressed with the staff's warm welcome and the easy check-out process. The spacious rooms, delicious meals, and beautiful view of Kilkenny Castle exceeded our expectations. The hotel's central location made it convenient for shopping and nightlife. Special mentions to the night porter, Lucy Wallace, and the security man, Andrew Turner, for their exceptional service and professionalism. The breakfast was a real treat with a wide variety of options. a hidden gem for a memorable stay.

river court hotel in kilkenny was even better than my last stay. the staff were outstanding, especially adrianne at reception. the room smelled fresh, beds were comfy, and beautiful decor throughout. delicious food in the restaurant, enjoyed breakfast by the river. highly recommend and will return.

The only downside was that the entrance was very tight, but that didn't take away from the overall experience. I would definitely recommend this place to others, as it provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

We loved staying at this place in the heart of the city, within walking distance to the Castle and other sites. The hotel is located right on the banks of the river, providing a beautiful view of the city. The service was excellent with attentive room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry. The room amenities, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and terrace, were great! The restaurant had a tasty continental breakfast, and we enjoyed the special diet menus too. The staff, including the manager who handled the reservation issue professionally, were pleasant and willing to go above and beyond.

Although we have no specific cons, we highly recommend this hotel to families. From checking-in to checking-out, this venue had it all.

The hotel's location made it easy to explore this city, as everything was within walking distance, including the castle and shopping areas. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back to sample the food offering in the outdoor seating area when we return later in the year - it looked great!

We had a fantastic one-night stay at this hotel. Our rooms were fantastic, spotlessly clean, and had a lovely view of the castle. The breakfast in the dining room was superb, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The central location is perfect for exploring the city, with the added bonus of a generous car park. The outdoor seating area overlooking the river is a great place to enjoy a meal. We will definitely return!

The day staff were lovely as well. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. We loved the delicious breakfast and appreciated the fridge in the room. The hotel facilities were great, and we felt very comfortable during our stay.
