I had the best night's sleep I've had away from home. the bathroom facilities were also perfect. the property is set in the most tranquil surroundings, with beautiful garden views that added to the overall charm. And the breakfast? To die for! From the fresh fruit bowl to the acres of brown bread and toast, it was a feast fit for a king. Helen's attentiveness and the relaxed atmosphere made my stay extra special. I will definitely be returning and recommending this hidden gem to my friends.

What a hidden gem! The location was wonderful, with beautiful gardens, a creek, and an old mill. It was a bit tricky to find, but once we arrived, we were blown away. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and our room was large, clean, and comfortable. We loved the cozy and warm atmosphere, especially the most comfortable bed we've ever slept on. The breakfast was to die for, with a variety of options and fresh juice. We also enjoyed the strong wifi throughout the building.

lacken millhouse and gardens was the highlight of our luxurious holiday in cavan. the beautiful setting by the river, excellent room with a lovely view, and delicious full irish breakfast exceeded our expectations. we felt at home with the lovely host, helen, and can't wait to come back!

The B&B is set in beautiful gardens and the building itself is a stunning sight. The room was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast in the morning was superb, with plenty of options for everyone's taste. The host was warm and welcoming, providing helpful information about the area and making us feel at home.

Finding the location was a bit challenging as the website didn't provide the eircode , which would have made it easier. we experienced a slight issue with a blocked drain in our room, but the staff promptly moved us to another room and offered a rebate for the inconvenience, which was excellent customer service.

Helen and her sister were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. We also enjoyed exploring the beautiful grounds of the property. We will definitely be returning, especially for future weddings at Farnham Estate.
