Difficult stair access leading to reception and rooms!!! Inadequate room maintenance, with poor bathroom conditions!!! External noise from bars nearby affects sleep quality!!! Wi-Fi connectivity is spotty at best!!! Room conditions inconsistent with online expectations!!!

Excellent location in a safe area.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The hot water in our room was barely a trickle, making it impossible to take a proper shower, and when I raised this issue with the receptionist, their indifference was frustrating. Additionally, there was no breakfast available despite my belief that I had paid for it, which felt like a significant oversight.

I stayed for 2 nights and appreciated the friendly staff who helped us navigate the area. The location was fantastic for exploring London, but the bathroom cleanliness left a lot to be desired—particularly the mold issues. I suggest bringing your own toiletries for a more comfortable stay.

the location was similar to a well-placed tourist trap. the mattress could have been softer—more like sleeping on a rock! and how rude of the staff not to offer any sort of complimentary gesture for my struggles! i almost gave a decent review, but just couldn’t with all the dust and lack of warmth.

It was just a smart choice for a city trip in London with outstanding value. Each morning, fresh towels were provided, which was nice. Check the safety alarm system if staying in building 9, as it had a warning light flashing during my stay.

I had a decent stay in central London where the room was basic but clean, really just enough for our needs. Staying there was surprisingly delightful , the rooms were clean and comfy. I even got a free adapter from the reception when I forgot mine , which is a huge plus for us travelers.

It wasn't exactly cheap , but it didn't break the bank either.

the mermaid suite had an ideal location just off oxford street, making it perfect for shopping. the staff were incredibly helpful, providing assistance with my italian consulate issues. breakfast was simple but good, with freshly prepared toast and a nice selection of cereals.

rooms could use better soundproofing, as noise was noticeable. 💤

the mermaid suite is just a hop away from oxford street which is dope for shopping n sightseeing easy to walk or take the tube the staff are super helpful and our room was tidy and spacious so plenty of space for the fam.
