Our room at Maldron was exactly what we requested - side by side with a nice double bed and one single. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a hairdryer and tea/coffee facilities. The staff at the bar were friendly and served drinks promptly. The hotel was also quiet, thanks to good soundproofing windows.

While the hotel itself was great, the location was not the best as it is situated outside of town by the motorway. There are shops nearby, but the price of €280 for one night without breakfast seemed a bit steep for the location.
