My boyfriend and I had to change our summer plans due to an accident, so we decided to visit Galway for a short break. The Pillo Hotel was incredibly accommodating to us during our stay. They upgraded us to a beautiful suite at no extra charge, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, and the hotel's location within walking distance of the city centre was ideal. We can't thank the Pillo Hotel enough for the wonderful experience!

We had a peaceful stay despite some renovations going on. Our room was spotless and spacious. While the breakfast buffet was slow to replenish, the food was delicious. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a great selection. Plus, the free parking and nearby shops made our stay even more convenient.

High-level security provided with each level requiring access cards, providing ample parking facilities in the underground area. Breakfast is delicious with plenty of hot and cold options.

I absolutely loved staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect for me, as it was close to the city center but not too close, and there were large shopping centers nearby. I was able to enjoy some retail therapy and explore the city without hassle. The staff here were exceptional, always friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make my stay truly enjoyable. The food was beyond amazing, especially the carbonara dish which was the best I've ever tasted. I also indulged in the breakfast buffet, which had a great selection of delicious options. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with free underground parking and black-out curtains in the rooms, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable night's sleep.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. It truly was a wonderful experience, and I cannot think of any negative aspects to mention.

Walking into a building site was a big disappointment and the unannounced renovations to the bar were frustrating. It put a damper on our city break and made it difficult to enjoy the hotel amenities.

The location was convenient, with shopping centres nearby. In addition, the hotel provided great services such as room service, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance. The room amenities were impressive, including an in-room safe, free Wi-Fi, and high-quality toiletries. The garden furniture and fitness centre were also nice added touches.

While we didn't pay for breakfast, we were quite pleased with the other dining options available. The only downside was having to wait 15-20 minutes for drink service one evening.
