She greeted me warmly upon arrival and even changed my room to better accommodate my needs. She also helped me schedule a wake-up call and arrange the airport shuttle. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a nice gym and a separate shower and toilet in the room. The location was excellent, close to the airport with quick shuttle service. There were plenty of places nearby to grab dinner, making it convenient for me. this hotel was clean, upscale, and provided me with a great experience.
