The staff were incredibly welcoming and knew me by name. The customer service was exceptional, with special mention to Honor at reception. The room was spotless and extremely comfortable, with a king size bed that I got lost in. The food was delicious and the staff were pleasant and helpful. I felt very safe during my stay, even in the current situation. The hotel had great facilities, including great air conditioning and a convenient location for exploring the town.

We only stayed one night bed & breakfast. We wanted to chill out and were delighted when we got our room very early, which was great. The location of this place is superb, just on the outskirts of the city in a shopping area with the retail park just a short walk away. The hotel staff, who excel with 5 * customer service, were lovely and gave us a great service, especially with the kids. The leisure facilities were fantastic, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and steam room. It was such a pleasure to relax and unwind in this wonderful place.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to Manor West Retail park, making it very convenient for shopping. It is also handy to have everything you need within walking distance. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the staff are exceptional, providing friendly and professional service. The bar food is delicious and the restaurant offers a wide range of choices for breakfast, including cooked-to-order options. The leisure facilities are excellent and the WiFi is strong and fast.

The menu at the restaurant could be clearer about the ingredients in the dishes, as some guests were surprised to find bacon in their Caesar salad.

The staff was incredibly pleasant and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast had a good variety of choices, and the quality was excellent. The on-site parking and free WiFi were convenient, and there were shops nearby. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

This place is located in a business park at the edge of town, making it an ideal location if you have a wedding nearby. The service here is top-notch, with room service, car hire, and dry cleaning available. The staff are well-trained and always obliging, making sure to say hello to my toddler and going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The room was modern and had excellent facilities, including heating and air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The leisure facilities, such as the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, were a great way to relax.

The staff should be more aware of other guests possibly charging to other rooms.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The chef's cooking skills were commendable, and each breakfast was cooked to order. The complementary water in the fridge and the provision of a travel cot for our baby were nice touches. The hotel's location next to a shopping mall made it convenient for our Christmas shopping, and the underground car park was a bonus.

The staff at the reception were friendly and professional, with a can-do attitude. The hotel had a beautiful playroom for the kids, a nice swimming pool, and clean rooms and bathrooms. Free parking was available both above and underground. The hotel provided good value for money.

Spent New Year's Eve with my family at this hotel and we had a blast! the staff was absolutely amazing, they provided us with complementary champagne and chocolates as a welcome gift and also offered a complementary shuttle service to nearby restaurants. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the main attractions. the leisure facilities were definitely a plus, my kids loved the swimming pool and I enjoyed being able to workout in the gym.

The rooms were a bit outdated, but they were still comfortable and clean. the only downside was the noise from the slamming doors, it was a bit disturbing during the night.
