Exceptional food, friendly and helpful staff, clean facilities with constant cleaning, modern and easy to locate venue with good parking, great bar and restaurant, comfortable and spacious room with tea/coffee making facilities.

I had a fantastic stay at a lovely hotel with great amenities. The lobby was welcoming and clean, and the decor throughout the hotel was fabulous. The reception staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The room itself was beautiful and well-presented, and I especially enjoyed the pool.

While the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a few minor drawbacks. The beds were a bit uncomfortable, and one female waitress at breakfast seemed rather rude.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with large smart TVs and really comfortable beds. We also loved the pool, which felt safe and well-maintained.

A very pleasant stay at a hotel in Claremorris. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. When we had an issue with the noise from a generator outside our room, they promptly moved us to a quieter room without any hassle. The dinner in the restaurant was delicious and the staff were lovely. I had a great experience at this hotel and would recommend it.

The staff at Mcwilliam Park were incredibly polite and attentive. The reception staff did a great job, and the night staff deserve a medal for all the cleaning up they had to do. The bar staff were friendly, and we enjoyed the spacious room with a DVD player for the children. The highlight for them was the fairy garden, which made them feel like the hotel was truly magical.

I recently stayed at the Mcwilliam Park hotel for a trip and it was perfect! The room was clean and spacious, with daily housekeeping. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bacon for breakfast was delicious. The staff, especially in the restaurant, were excellent and very helpful with my dietary needs. The hotel had a great swimming pool, gym, and a comfortable bar and sitting area. The restaurant was beautifully set out and had plenty of veggie options. Plus, there was ample onsite parking. I am already planning to come back!

For us it was ideal.

The rooms were spotless and the beds were so comfortable that I had a great night's sleep during my business trip. The food in the bar was delicious and reasonably priced. I also enjoyed using the leisure facilities, especially the pool.

The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par. The floors and tables were sticky and there was dirt on them.

I had a relaxing time during my thanksgiving stay. The staff were friendly and the food was amazing. I especially liked the complimentary drinks and free Wi-Fi. The location was great too as it was close to the town center and accessible to public transportation.

I also had to pre-book everything which was slightly inconvenient. However, overall the hotel was comfortable and a pleasant stay.

The room was beautiful, and the breakfast was great. The staff, especially the trainee, were friendly. The location was convenient for visiting the shrine in Knock and the airport.
