Friendly staff and good breakfast options.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. The sink had smears of soap, and the bathtub contained hairs, which was quite off-putting. I also found that the walls were paper-thin, and I was awakened multiple times by children running around in the hallway. Given the price of the stay, I expected better comfort and quality, which I did not receive.

The location is fantastic, just off I-64 with ample parking, and extremely close to the Virginia Horse Center. The staff are welcoming and the indoor pool area creates a great space to unwind after a night out with friends.

The breakfast options could use a bit more variety.

The staff truly made my stay special. from the courteous front desk team to the delightful breakfast staff, everyone felt genuine and welcoming. I loved the little touches like the fresh juice and coffee available all day!

However, there were a few hiccups, like some outdated features in the room and the pool not being as well-maintained as I expected. It would be great to see upgrades in those areas.

this hotel is super nice, we loved how the location is so quiet but still close to food places. the staff was friendly and helped us check in early. the room was big and comfy and the pool area was clean. breakfast was really gud with plenty of options, and the little rubber duck in the bath was a cute touch!

Our family enjoyed a fantastic stay! The kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool that has this cool window to swim under. The breakfast was a hit with everyone, especially since we traveled with babies and needed flexibility. The staff was really attentive and friendly.

My wife says that the door to our room was tricky to open. A little more attention to room maintenance would make it great for families.

The staff was super friendly and provided a dog-walking area with bag stations. The breakfast had a good variety and was served early. Amenities included a mini fridge and microwave in our spacious room! 🐾🍳

I enjoyed a comfortable stay in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The view from my balcony was beautiful, and the location was excellent for events at the Horse Center. The breakfast was good for this type of accommodation, and the staff were always available to assist. My dogs were also welcomed, which was a big plus! 🐾
