The location of the hotel was perfect, right next to the train station and overlooking Eyre Square. The food and drinks at the hotel were delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. our stay was comfortable, safe, and enjoyable, and we will definitely be back!

The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a modern bathroom that had all the necessary amenities. The service provided by the staff was outstanding – they were friendly and attentive, making sure we had a pleasant stay. Had a lovely Christmas break at this hotel! The complimentary hot chocolate and mince pies were a great touch and really got us in the festive spirit. The location was perfect for exploring the city's Christmas markets and shops. We also enjoyed the comfortable beds and pillows for a good night's sleep.

The parking situation was a bit of a hassle, with the nearest car park being quite a walk away. , the breakfast area was chaotic and busy, with long queues and food running out quickly.

Room was huge & comfy, with a great view. Location was ideal for exploring the city & accessing all amenities. Very polite staff, clean facilities & delicious food. Late breakfast start, but not too much of an inconvenience. Enjoyed my stay & would recommend. 😊

We had a wonderful stay here. The location was perfect, right on the park, and we were able to enjoy the beautiful view from our room. The staff were excellent, from the reception desk who dealt with our request to the attentive and intelligent staff who seemed to enjoy supplying excellent service. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including an electric kettle and a flat-screen TV. The bed was comfortable and the room was soundproofed, ensuring we had a good night's sleep. The facilities were great too, with free Wi-Fi, baggage storage, and an excellent restaurant and bar to enjoy.

the hardiman made our stay in galway absolutely perfect. the staff was friendly and attentive, especially the spa ladies and oyster bar staff. the location was ideal, surrounded by great bars and restaurants. the upgraded room for my husband's birthday was a lovely surprise and the breakfast was outstanding. highly recommended!

Even though it can be noisy during the night, it is very convenient if you are arriving in the city by either train or bus. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, providing excellent service and helpful recommendations. The hotel also had great facilities, including Wi-Fi, a bar/lounge area, and a restaurant serving delicious breakfast. our experience here was perfect, with easy access to all the attractions we wanted to see.
