Comfortable hotel, convenient location, with a lovely outdoor swimming pool that offers a nice view of the city and a helpful staff that provided complimentary transfers to the beach.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The noise levels were distracting at times!!! A lingering funky smell in the room was off-putting, and unexpected charges during checkout definitely left a sour note. Better clarity on fees would help!!!

Staff are very nice and accommodating.

My experience was deeply affected by numerous service failures. During my stay, I encountered a serious issue with the breakfast service, which felt disorganized. Guests were not properly arranged and this led to conflicts at the buffet, making the dining experience extremely stressful. Additionally, my room's safe was malfunctioning, and despite several requests, it remained unrepaired for my entire stay. This lack of attention to maintenance was frustrating, as it showcased a significant lapse in the hotel's service standards.

They should seriously reconsider the cleanliness of mattresses and cots!!! Also, late night disturbances from staff regarding breakfast are unprofessional!!! The shower design leads to water everywhere and could definitely use a redesign!!!

i had an exceptional stay at flora. the location is perfect, just five minutes from the mall of emirates. the spacious rooms were super clean and comfy. the breakfast team impressed me with their personal attention even when busy. i also loved the well-equipped health club with state-of-the-art machines.

I loved how easily I could walk to the Mall of the Emirates and find various restaurants nearby. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made our stay very comfortable.

One inconvenience was that housekeeping sometimes cleaned late in the afternoon, which was a bit annoying after a long day. Also, the room’s ceiling lights had to be turned off via a master switch.

The room was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and professional (Mr. Ajay at check-in made a fantastic impression! ). I enjoyed the variety in the restaurant, with delicious breakfast options and attentive service. What I appreciated most was the convenience of the location. just a stroll to the Mall.

However, the breakfast could benefit from a bit more variety—especially in cheese and pastries (I found some options quite repetitive).

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, with Mr Pranjal being particularly cooperative. The location is perfect (so close to the Mall of the Emirates for shopping! ).

The room could be quieter at times, and the breakfast variety could use some improvement.
