i almost thought i’d write a good review, but alas, breakfast was not served until 1030 and we were almost late. the coffee machine in the room was missing, very disappointing for such a 'prestigious' hotel. one would think a little complimentary gesture would be offered for all this inconvenience, but no. absoluteley shocking.

Gosh, arrived and got treated like VIPs—guest of the day, ja! Our room had sweet surprises waiting, and the staff were super chill, helping us with everything. The decor? Just beautiful, really made us feel right at home!

Only bummer was the parking. a bit confusing to find that car lift, felt like we were going in circles—coulda used some clearer signs, for sure.

The brekkie was a lekker surprise, especially since we’re vegetarian. Everyone was super chill and friendly, and the comfy bed made my nights so much better. Plus, the shower pressure? Flippen fantastic!

Just a note, didn’t have towel rails in the bathroom, so we had to ask for fresh ones daily which was a bit annoying.

An impeccably designed hotel with comfortable rooms and top-notch amenities made my stay memorable. The breakfast was a standout, combining a stunning view with a quality menu, although some dishes could have been cooked better.

Had an amazing stay with a spacious suite and an impressive executive lounge stocked with snacks. The dining was great, especially the complimentary breakfast, but the bathroom lacked towel hooks.

On the 6th floor, I had access to the lounge and found a nice bottle of Portuguese wine and chocolate cake waiting for me in the room. The staff provided exceptional service throughout my stay, making it memorable. Breakfast offered a variety of choices, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. I appreciated being just a short walk from great shops and attractions. My huge fondness for road trips and country music enhances my love for exploring unique places like this.
