The room design was spot on, with built-in shelving and plenty of hanger space for our clothes. The hotel staff members were extremely nice and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was perfect for us, making it easy to explore and enjoy our time in the city. The restaurant and bar were great for winding down after a day of walking and exploring.

I had a great stay at this place! The location was fairly handy, close to all the attractions but far enough to have a quality sleep. It was perfect, just steps away from local pubs, Trinity College, Parks, Museums. This allowed me to see parts of the city I would have otherwise missed. The service was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, bell staff/porter, housekeeping. The staff were extremely friendly and dealt with an issue I had promptly and effectively. They must foster a great culture within the hotel because as a guest, I recognized genuine service with each interaction.

Although the overall experience was fantastic, I had a small issue with parking. The staff did not help me pay for parking outside, which forced me to purchase a one-day parking pass for €15.

As young families, we loved the helpful and friendly staff, beautiful and spacious rooms, and the delicious breakfast.

We absolutely loved staying at this place. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to everything we needed, including the bus stop to the airport. The room amenities were top-notch, including in-room air conditioning, ironing facilities, and a safe. Nicole, who welcomed us, was amazing! She even followed up with us to make sure we had settled in comfortably.

While there was nothing we disliked about this hotel, we recommend it especially to families. The facilities are perfect for kids and there is even a kids club on offer.

Food in the restaurant and bar was delicious. the location was perfect, close to the city center yet still quiet. the hotel had a mid-century style with high-quality finishes. the bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was immaculately clean. Breakfast and lunch offerings were top-notch. Secure parking was available nearby. great value for money.

Difficult to get in touch with the hotel before arrival. Some staff members were unhelpful, refusing to book a taxi.

The hotel's location is great, in close proximity to the all the sights of the city, making it easy for trekkers and tourists to walk to any major attractions or wander around the city. Rooms are clean and well-designed with comfortable beds and thick curtains to make it easy to sleep. Breakfast buffets are delicious with a good variety to enjoy.

The pillows on the bed were flat and uncomfortable, definitely not the best quality. there was only shampoo provided in the shower, no conditioner.

I loved the personal touch at the hotel restaurant. When I ordered a drink to go with my meal, they didn't have it, but the server went out of their way to get it for me. The room was beautiful and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel!

Really nice property with attention to detail in the decor. The architecture is a beautiful mix of art deco and contemporary. The showers and bathrooms are impeccable, with a clever layout that prevents water from getting in the room. The check-in staff is friendly and treats you like a friend. The bar is beautiful and the food is great.

The service at the bar was non-existent. We waited over five minutes for a drink and food, but ended up leaving without anything.
