Location blow the cobwebs off can't be beat, right on the harbour at beautiful Mullaghmore. The hotel is perfect for a relaxing holiday, with everything on the doorstep. The service provided by the staff was excellent, with friendly and helpful personnel always available to assist guests. The rooms, including the accessible room, were bright and spacious, offering comfortable beds and a pleasant view.

One minor detail that could be improved is the breakfast selection, which was ok but with limited choices.

Amazing location with stunning views: the hotel is situated in a prime location, offering breathtaking views of the sea and mountains. It was a pleasure waking up every morning to such a picturesque sight. Clean and comfortable rooms: the rooms were impeccably clean and modern. the coastal/seaside color scheme gave a soothing and refreshing ambiance to the room. the cleanliness was top-notch, making it one of the cleanest hotel rooms I've stayed in.

Unfriendly reception staff: Unfortunately, the reception staff did not provide a warm and friendly welcome. They seemed disinterested and did not offer any information on important details such as car park codes or check-out times.

This hotel provided excellent value for money, with reasonable prices for its services and amenities. The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the clean and comfy rooms with a class power shower to the stunning views opening out to the sea. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, with their friendly and efficient service.

We loved being right beside the sea, with a beautiful beach walk and stunning scenery around the headland. The staff were friendly and had excellent suggestions for walks and drives. The pool was lovely and we were fortunate to have it almost to ourselves. The breakfast, served in a room overlooking the ocean, was delicious. We also enjoyed the fresh fish in the hotel pub/restaurant.

I stayed at Pier Head Hotel for one night while visiting friends locally. Despite the short stay, I was pleasantly surprised to be granted a sea view room. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the breakfast in the First Class dining room was outstanding. The hotel also offered a swimming pool and free parking, which added to the overall positive experience. I will definitely be returning. Thank you, Pier Head!

we stayed at a lovely hotel on the pier, just a short walk from a beautiful beach. the staff were great and the location had amazing views. the breakfast was delicious and they even accommodated our requests. the hotel had a nice atmosphere and we enjoyed a delicious burger in the bar. it was a relaxing break and we were happy with our choice.

Additionally, the staff at breakfast, particularly the waitress named Clara, were incredibly helpful and attentive. I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The view from the breakfast room was absolutely outstanding, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The breakfast itself was delicious, offering a full Irish spread and much more. The staff were very helpful, especially one girl with eyeglasses who went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. I also loved the location, it was perfect. Additionally, the hotel provided free parking, had a great swimming pool and sauna, and a relaxing residents lounge. I would definitely stay here again for the fantastic location and amenities.
