We stayed with my family in twin rooms. They were clean and comfortable. We had a great choice of tasty food in the bar in the evening and the cooked-to-order breakfasts were piping hot. The hotel is in a beautiful area near the national park and is conveniently located in the center of town. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, they were friendly and accommodating.

The staff at this hotel were amazing! They were all so polite and friendly, and they made us feel very welcome during our Easter stay. the location of the hotel is also perfect, right in the heart of Killarney with beautiful views of the surrounding areas. We also really enjoyed the food at the hotel, the menu had a great selection and everything we tried was delicious.

The only small downside was that the WiFi could be a bit better. It was a bit slow at times and we had some trouble connecting to it.

The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee making facilities. The staff, from the manager down, were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we checked in until we checked out. The hotel also had great leisure facilities, including Wi-Fi, a bar/lounge area, and a restaurant, where we enjoyed delicious meals.

We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. the food was exceptional, and we were even given the use of a DVD player and a collection of DVDs. the location was perfect, with easy access to Muckross House and other attractions. the staff and amenities made our stay memorable.

It would have been nice to have more options for including breakfast in the price. Additionally, having a small bar fridge in the room would have been convenient for storing drinks and snacks.

The location by the river was just perfect, as it was close enough to the main town attractions but still felt quiet. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in.
