The charming country pub we stayed at was located right in front of a beautiful church in a quaint village. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with wonderful bells ringing every 30 minutes throughout the night. The room was small but very comfy and functional, with a nicely decorated bathroom. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast offered a good selection of high-quality dishes. a great find for a weekend break.

The hotel we stayed at was conveniently situated opposite a beautiful church who's bells rang every 30 minutes throughout the night. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our experience even better. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. there were facilities for smokers provided.

The food service on Sunday ended quite early, which was a bit disappointing.

The food at Knife & Cleaver was simply superb. We had a lovely meal with friends and enjoyed a great selection of dishes. The cheese board was especially impressive, both in taste and presentation. After dinner, we had drinks in the bar and had a very enjoyable evening. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with easy access to nearby roads for our onward travel. The staff were all very courteous, polite, and friendly. Another highlight was the delicious breakfast with a wide range of choices. The bedding was clean and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

The limited menu made it difficult to find something that suited our tastes. the experience did not meet our expectations for a New Year's celebration.
