The accommodation is located near the quay and a short walk from the town center. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, providing efficient service. The room is nicely decorated and well-furnished, with a comfortable bed and efficient shutter system to block out light. The bathroom is spacious with fluffy towels. Free wifi, tea making equipment, and fresh milk in the fridge are provided. There is also a nearby walking track to the beach.

The TV in the room was not functioning properly.

we had a fantastic weekend at tannery townhouse. the location was ideal, with plenty of excellent restaurants and pubs just a short walk away. the proximity to the waterford greenway was a bonus for our family. the staff were accommodating and even let us bring our bikes inside. the breakfast and sunday lunch were absolutely fantastic too. overall, we loved our stay.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like 😊

Ate like a queen at the award-winning restaurant. Explored the area's walking tracks and enjoyed a lovely seafront stroll. Indulged in a delicious full Irish breakfast every morning.

Pity the WiFi only worked in public areas - felt so nice to sit in the corridors checking my emails.

Great value for money and the room was exceptional - clean, comfortable, and had a cozy, homey feel. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed and with lovely dining options nearby. The staff were friendly and attentive, except for one person during checkout.

The hotel breakfast menu lacked variety, could have used more options.
