The staff were extremely welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. the room was clean and we were able to check in early. the hotel's location was perfect, right in the center of everything we wanted to see and do.

The room did not match the description and picture provided. the air conditioner was noisy and barely worked.

Lovely setting, friendly staff, and polite guests made for a pleasant stay. Convenient location and helpful Maria made our trip even better. Hot chocolate and amazing breakfast added to the glory, with a cozy bar for relaxation and great music. Renovations didn't disturb, and the room was comfortable with free wifi and a fridge. Excellent breakfast choices and accommodating staff. Perfect spot in bustling area, ideal for bars, eating, shops, and sightseeing. Great choice overall.

If you want to be in the center of it all for Temple Bar, Trinity University, and all things in the Dublin City Center, this is it! We didn't want to take public transport from the airport, so the hotel happily arranged for a car to pick us up. Wonderful welcome from reception and throughout the trip. Even though there were renovations going on we were really not disturbed by them. The room décor and size of room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Fridge free wifi. Breakfast was excellent with choice of Continental and cooked, staff in breakfast room so accommodating. All in all a great choice.
