Everything was spot on.

The hotel had great views of the city and offered a shuttle bus that made getting around easy. the concierge room for breakfast and snacks was a nice perk, with friendly staff.

The noise level in the hotel was high due to the atrium. Additionally, there was a customer service issue at the front desk, where incorrect information was given about parking fees and the staff was unhelpful when confronted about it.

Great location on the river, balcony with a view, friendly staff, access to snacks and beverages in the Concierge Lounge.

The value for the money was great, especially with the spacious and comfortable room that had a beautiful river view. The staff at Marriott were friendly and attentive, and the location was perfect for exploring local eateries and enjoying the riverfront and Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati.

During my recent stay at Cincinnati Marriott At Rivercenter, I had a wonderful experience. The hotel had a beautiful atrium, which provided a great atmosphere. The fitness center was well-equipped and allowed me to have a great workout. The lap pool was also a nice feature. The room had a nice city view and was comfortable. The hotel is currently updating their TV package and setting up online streaming, which will be a great addition. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

This hotel is a great value for the money. With its fantastic location on the river and proximity to the Convention Center, it's a convenient choice. The staff is friendly and provides great service. The rooms with balconies have a nice view of Cincinnati, including the Suspension Bridge.

The river view from our balcony was breathtaking, and the cleanliness of the room was impressive. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options. we had a wonderful stay at this Marriott property.

We absolutely loved this place. The location on the river was amazing and provided great views of the skyline. We were pleasantly surprised by the high quality of service including amenities such as dry cleaning and a wake-up call service. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home. The bar area was also a highlight, offering delicious food and amazing coffee.

We recommend this hotel to everyone.
