We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right at the pier and in the heart of Old San Juan. We were able to walk to all the attractions and explore the beautiful island easily. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to assist us with any questions or recommendations. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a huge flat-screen TV and a divine king-sized bed. We also loved the convenience of the on-site amenities, such as the room service and car hire services. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The room key didn't work and I had to go to the front desk multiple times to get new ones, which was frustrating. However, the staff at the Sheraton Old San Juan Hotel were incredibly helpful and resolved the issue promptly. They even offered me a complimentary drink at the bar for the inconvenience. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the water. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and cruise port, making it an ideal choice for travelers. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. I had a pleasant stay at the Sheraton and would recommend it to others.

During my stay at Sheraton, the location was incredible. Everything I needed was within a short walking distance, eliminating the need for any transportation. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Even though there were a few drawbacks, such as getting a room next to the elevator and experiencing some noise disturbances during the night, overall my experience at Sheraton was fantastic. The convenient location and the hospitality of the staff made up for any minor inconveniences.

The hotel had a great location, being close to the cruise port and local downtown area with crafters. It was also within walking distance to many restaurants and nightlife. the beds were very comfortable and the pillows were great. the staff were friendly and accommodating. Plus, there was a Walgreens nearby in case you forgot anything.

The rooftop pool was disappointing, as it was smaller than expected and always crowded. Early check-in wasn't really possible, so we had to leave our suitcases and walk around the city if we arrived early.

As a satisfied guest of Sheraton, I stayed at the hotel for a week for a leisure trip. The staff was kind and helpful, especially those working at the excursion desk who provided honest and great tips. The restaurant served delicious food with large portions, and the location was amazing. Everything was within walking distance, except the beach which was just a short taxi ride away. The pool area offered a beautiful view and the hotel was clean.

We loved the location of this hotel in Old San Juan. It was near everything we wanted to see and do. Being in the port of the old city was convenient for exploring the attractions, and we felt safe walking around at night. The staff was really nice and accommodating, allowing us to check in our luggage early and giving us helpful information about nearby places. The hotel facilities, particularly the pool on the 9th floor, offered fantastic views and added to our overall enjoyment of the stay.
