I stayed at Sheraton for a week-long vacation in Old San Juan. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the waterfront and an easy walk to all the attractions. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, making my stay even better. Despite being there during a hurricane, I was still able to explore the area and find a wonderful open eatery. The rooftop pool was a great way to cool down in the Puerto Rico sun. a fantastic experience.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right at the pier and in the heart of Old San Juan. We were able to walk to all the attractions and explore the beautiful island easily. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to assist us with any questions or recommendations. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a huge flat-screen TV and a divine king-sized bed. We also loved the convenience of the on-site amenities, such as the room service and car hire services. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and basic amenities. Its location at the bottom of the hill in Old San Juan is convenient, especially for those attending events at the Convention Center district or exploring the harbor area. The staff is attentive and the rooms, although situated in front of an ice making machine, are clean and comfortable. Plus, having breakfast included is a bonus.

All in all, everything was satisfactory.

I loved staying at this place! The location is perfect, right at pier 1, which means you can enjoy a beautiful view of the water. The service here is top-notch, with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and grocery shopping service. I also appreciated the shops and commercial services, wedding services, laundry, and wake-up service. The staff is very courteous and they even gave me a welcome drink when I arrived. The room amenities were excellent, with in-room air conditioning, a mini-bar, terrace, trouser press, and even garden furniture for relaxing. The dining options were fantastic, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area, snack bar, and happy hour. The leisure facilities are also great, with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, health club, sun terrace, and sun loungers.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area.

My recent stay at Sheraton in Old San Juan was fantastic. We stayed for two nights before our cruise. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and provided great recommendations. The room was comfortable and the location on the waterfront was perfect. Despite ongoing renovations, it didn't affect our stay. The room key didn't work and I had to go to the front desk multiple times to get new ones, which was frustrating. However, the staff at the Sheraton Old San Juan Hotel were incredibly helpful and resolved the issue promptly. They even offered me a complimentary drink at the bar for the inconvenience. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the water. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and cruise port, making it an ideal choice for travelers. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. I had a pleasant stay at the Sheraton and would recommend it to others.

Enjoyed the free apples and excellent view of the water from my room. Great location near the airport and walking distance to nearby festivals. the complementary coffee and comfortable bedding made my stay even better.

There was a lot of construction noise early in the morning and the entrance street gets congested with traffic. the staff at the concierge desk seemed overworked and could have used some additional help.

The hotel had a great location, being close to the cruise port and local downtown area with crafters. It was also within walking distance to many restaurants and nightlife. the beds were very comfortable and the pillows were great. the staff were friendly and accommodating. Plus, there was a Walgreens nearby in case you forgot anything.

The rooftop pool was disappointing, as it was smaller than expected and always crowded. Early check-in wasn't really possible, so we had to leave our suitcases and walk around the city if we arrived early.

Great location near the harbor with beautiful water views, clean and comfortable rooms with basic amenities, and friendly and helpful staff.
