The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the town center where there were plenty of restaurants and pubs to choose from. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, and the free tea and coffee facilities in the lounge room were a nice touch.

It would have been more convenient to have a hot water kettle in each room instead of having to go to the public room to get one cup at a time. it would have been helpful to have a shelf in the shower to hold our shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner.

The value for money at The Birches was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and had a wow-factor bathroom. The location was perfect, being conveniently situated in a quiet area but still close to the town and the beautiful Killarney National Park. The staff, especially David and Monica, were exceptional, providing a warm welcome and going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable.

The breakfast could have been improved with clearer instructions on how to use the coffee pot.

I got incredible value for my money at Birches. The room was top-notch, with a modern design, a heavenly bed, and a fantastic shower. The location was perfect, just a short walk to town, and the staff were always attentive and friendly.

The breakfast menu could have been improved with more variety.

I recently stayed at The Birches for the first time and it was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was impeccably clean, and the location was perfect, just minutes from everything but still nice and quiet. The best part was the unexpected continental breakfast that was included. I will definitely be staying here again.

It was all superb.

We had an amazing stay at a lovely place in Killarney. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch and the shower was excellent. Our room was comfortable and cozy, with a heavenly bed that provided a great night's sleep. The location was fantastic, just a minute walk from the Main Street.
