The staff are extremely friendly and go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant and efficient stay. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including delicious homemade Georgian yogurt and traditional dishes.

During our Christmas stay in Tbilisi, we found the location of this hotel to be perfect. It was situated right in the city center, surrounded by numerous restaurants and within walking distance of the main landmarks in the city. the staff were incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to assist us with anything we needed. We were delighted to find that the room was modern and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for our holiday getaway.

One aspect that we found disappointing was the lack of activity at the bar downstairs. It seemed quite empty throughout our stay, and we believe it could be replaced with a gym or another facility that guests would find more useful.

The hotel is situated in a great location, close to public transportation, shops and many restaurants. We really appreciated the comfy room with its nice balcony, as well as the delicious complimentary breakfast.

Although our room was generally clean, the bathroom was often uncomfortably cold. the radiators couldn't always provide sufficient heat and we had to shower in the chilly bathroom.

They made me feel right at home. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and clean, with a lovely veranda/balcony on the ground floor. it was great value for money and I would definitely stay here again.
