We stayed at Balmoral House for one night on our way out of the city. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Paddington Station and nearby restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff, particularly Francisco and Emmanuel, were exceptional. We appreciated their kindness in accommodating my mother's mobility issues. The breakfast room staff were also very accommodating, and it was a nice surprise to discover that the hotel is owned by a Spanish couple.
