The value for money was great, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel had a convenient location. The staff provided excellent service and were very attentive to detail.

The breakfast menu could have been improved with better communication between the kitchen and the serving staff.

The dinner at the hotel was absolutely superb! The staff were amazing and the setting was gorgeous. I had the best steak of my life, cooked to perfection, and paired it with a delicious Malbec. The whole dining experience was a treat and one of the best meals I've had in a long time.

As someone backpacking, I loved the professional and courteous staff, especially the reception desk and cleaning staff. The upgrade from the wonderful lady at reception was a bonus. The hotel offers top-notch service and amenities like a king-size bed, dressing gowns, huge TV, and a coffee machine. The full glass wall with a river view was a highlight. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Cork on foot, with easy access to music venues and rugby matches. The style and decor were excellent, with impressive artwork and carpets.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were top-notch with a cool swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. The location was great as it was really close to any attractions we wanted to see and the city center. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the restaurant itself was nice. We also appreciated the free underground parking, complimentary bottled water in the guest room, and the free wifi with great connectivity. The beds were super comfy and our river view hotel room with a bay window gave us a super view of the city each morning and evening.
