We stayed at the hotel for a week to celebrate our anniversary. The staff were amazing - attentive but not intrusive. They even booked us a hotel transfer from the airport to ensure a smooth arrival. The breakfasts were delicious and varied, and the restaurant staff were very helpful with my plaster cast. The hotel is perfectly located near public transportation and within walking distance of many attractions. The friendly atmosphere and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable.

Great location, tucked away on a quiet street near Rossio train station, with plenty of sites, restaurants, and shops nearby. Staff is friendly and helpful, even arranging a free walking tour. Rooms are spotless and soundproof, with a comfy, spacious bed. Amenities are top-notch, including complimentary port wine and custard tarts, fresh water daily, and a delicious breakfast.

We loved the charming square next to the hotel with good food and music. Our room had a great city view, comfortable bed, and was quiet at night. The Nespresso machine was a nice touch. we highly recommend this hotel.

The Lisboa Carmo Hotel is a cozy, relaxing and charming boutique hotel in the center of Lisbon. The restaurant offers a variety of delicious options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The king size bed, linen, and pillows are extremely comfortable. We loved our room, which had a wraparound balcony and beautiful views of the hills and the city. The bathroom is spacious with great natural light. The hotel location is superb, close to major points of interest, and the staff, particularly Bernardo, are friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel on a charming little square. The staff here went above and beyond, always willing to help and answer all my questions. I found the location to be perfect for exploring the area, with a variety of excellent restaurants and shops close by. My room was comfortable and spacious with all the amenities I needed for a great stay, including in-room air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The breakfast selection was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. I also appreciated the 24-hour security and staff always being available to assist me.

The location is very convenient with a hotel off a pretty square. The staff were super-helpful. On arrival, they upgraded us to a premium room. The breakfast was excellent. The room was very spacious with a comfortable king-size bed. We had a corner room on the fifth floor with spectacular views. Cleanliness is impressive.

We stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city within walking distance to main shopping areas and old town. We easily found interesting shops and restaurants nearby. The spacious room with comfortable bed had a good bathroom. Staff provided professional service and breakfast was fair. We enjoyed the well-insulated windows with a quiet location.

The housekeepers didn't attend well to our needs consistently, which affected our experience.

This hotel is in a charming plaza area, just off a small square. The room was clean and attractively decorated, with comfy beds and good bathrooms. The staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel arranged airport transfers which were very helpful. In the immediate neighborhood, there are wonderful restaurants.

The bar and restaurant weren't open during our stay.

During my recent Xmas stay, I enjoyed the complimentary wine tasting and charcuterie plate offered on our first night. the central location allowed us to explore nearby attractions and restaurants easily. the breakfast was phenomenal with plenty of fresh fruit and yogurt.

there were a lot of stairs to climb, which may be an issue for individuals with mobility challenges.
