This hotel is a hidden gem, tucked away just steps from the train station. The rooms are beautifully updated with comfy beds and a breathtaking view of the Matterhorn. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable, and the breakfast spread is delicious with a wide variety of homemade dishes.

As a part of the Signature Collection, Hotel Butterfly in Zermatt provided us with a new room and a lovely balcony. the on-site restaurant exceeded our expectations with its excellent quality and affordable prices. the hotel's proximity to the train station made it convenient for carrying our ski equipment.

The staff provides excellent service, promptly attending to any issues, such as replacing a broken sink stopper, and the breakfast offers a variety of choices to start the day.

The hotel's strict check-in and check-out times and limited reception hours can be inconvenient for guests, especially those with late arrival or early departure.

The hotel had a charming ambiance with exposed beams and a small balcony that offered a delightful view of the top of the Matterhorn. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and the spacious bathroom was a plus. The hotel's location, being very near to the train station, made transportation extremely convenient. Additionally, the breakfast provided had a wide variety of choices and the friendly wait staff ensured that I was well taken care of.

As a guest at Hotel Butterfly, I had a wonderful experience staying at this Signature Collection property. The hotel staff were very helpful and provided us with all the information we needed about the lifts and activities in the area. The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to other hotels, restaurants, and attractions. The pet-friendly policy was a bonus for us, as we were able to bring our dog along for our trips. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a good selection of fruit, bread, and cereals. We appreciated that they also had vegan options like almond milk for my wife.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The location is just ideal, easily accessible from the main train station and yet tucked away in a quiet street for an undisturbed stay. The room was comfortable with luxurious bathroom amenities and USB ports. The afternoon tea was a nice touch and the breakfast spread was fantastic. The staff members were friendly and attentive.

The elevator can be cramped at times which can be a minor inconvenience.
