We recently stayed at a fabulous 4-star hotel beside a beautiful river. The location was just perfect for taking leisurely walks by the water. The hotel itself was stunning, with a charming garden and comfortable rooms. The service here was exceptional, with staff who were helpful, friendly, and accommodating. They even came around to our table during breakfast to ensure our stay was going well. This attention to detail and care for guests really made a difference in our experience.

Stayed at Riverside Park for a weekend getaway and had a fantastic time. the hotel is modern and lovely, with great facilities like a pool, kids club, and more. the room was spacious and the bathroom was big. the staff were friendly and implemented health protocols. We even received complimentary vouchers for cocktails and breakfast. the atmosphere in the bar was lively, with live music in the evenings. the food was delicious, and we enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, and gym. We will definitely be coming back!

Friendly staff, delicious food, and great entertainment in the bar. Housekeeping did a thorough job, regularly replacing water and biscuits. Breakfast was busy but the staff worked hard to accommodate everyone quickly and efficiently. The pancake machine was a hit with the children.

Excellent location, with great staff and spotless hotel. The bar food was delicious and the atmosphere was relaxing. The Alamo restaurant was lovely and breakfast was made to order. The room was spacious and breakfast had a good selection. Perfect for families with kids, as our 2-year-old loved the pool and park!

My colleague and I stayed at a hotel recently and we were impressed by the beautiful building and stunning location. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The housekeeping staff were attentive and quick to resolve any issues. We enjoyed delicious meals at the restaurant, with top-quality food prepared by a talented chef. The breakfast service was equally impressive, with a pleasant server providing excellent service. the hotel is well-managed with fantastic staff who provide friendly and efficient service.

We encountered a slight inconvenience with the lack of relaxation facilities in the spa area. This made it difficult for us to relax in between our beauty treatments.

We had a wonderful one-night stay at Riverside Park. The room was clean and well equipped with a comfy bed and a decent-sized TV. The staff provided excellent service and were friendly throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from, and they even catered to my grandson's special dietary needs. The surroundings of the hotel were lovely and the staff made us feel welcome and valued.

The location of the hotel is great. It is just at the edge of town, making it convenient for exploring. Additionally, it is located close to the lovely Cathedral, providing a pleasant view. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast is delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

The noise from the bar can be disruptive, especially if you have an early start and need to get a good night's sleep.

It was great to have access to the leisure spa and wellness centre, with its indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The ballroom was perfect for events, and we appreciated the free car park and luggage storage.
