The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city and visit nearby attractions.

We had pre-ordered a taxi but were not informed that they only accepted cash for payment. This created an inconvenience and added extra costs for foreign cash withdrawal fees.

Great location in the heart of Dublin with easy access to shops and restaurants. The hotel is set back from the main street, so it's quiet and peaceful. Comfortable beds and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. The hotel also offers early check-in and has a fantastic restaurant and bar. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at Westbury! The staff, especially Lucas at the front desk, were absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond for us and truly made us feel welcome. Lucas deserves a promotion or pay rise as soon as possible. The location of the hotel was fantastic, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The bar was also beautiful, although a bit pricey. we highly recommend Westbury for its great service and convenient location.

I recently stayed at The Westbury for a weekend getaway and it was truly exceptional. The public lounge area was incredibly comfortable and spacious, perfect for relaxing. The cocktail bar, brasserie, and fine dining restaurant all offered delicious food and drinks. The staff at the hotel were lovely and provided exceptional service. The location on Grafton Street was ideal, with great shopping just steps away. The staff made my birthday celebration extra special, and I greatly appreciated their efforts. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with turn-down service and bedside slippers for added comfort.

Some guests have reported difficulties with the lighting controls in the rooms, with multiple switches that are hard to figure out.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city as it was within walking distance of all the major attractions. The room was stylishly decorated and luxurious, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, the staff was friendly and efficient, providing excellent service throughout our Christmas holiday.

One downside was that the room rate was quite expensive, especially considering that breakfast and parking were not included. Another disappointment was that the air conditioning system in our room did not work, resulting in a stuffy and uncomfortable night.
