The lobby was always kept immaculate, despite the constant flow of snow-covered travelers. The staff, especially Val who checked us in, provided exceptional service and made us feel like valued guests. The beds and bedding in our room were extremely comfortable, and the modern shower had excellent water pressure. the atmosphere was beautiful and inviting.

I've been staying at this hotel a couple times a month while my husband works in Pittsburgh. The pool and gym area are nice and big, perfect for my son who loves to swim. The outside area with the lights, pond, and fireplace is absolutely beautiful. The food from the restaurant smelled delicious, we definitely want to eat there next time. The lobby was kept immaculate despite the constant snow-covered travelers, and the gentleman caring for the floors was pleasant and sweet despite us constantly messing them up!

The staff at the front desk, especially Kyra, was extremely attentive and helpful during my stay. They went above and beyond to answer all my questions and even took the time to return a cell phone to a guest's room. The waiters for room service provided excellent service and the food was delicious. The hotel's location near the airport and the complementary shuttle service were a convenient bonus. my experience with the staff and the food was great.

There were a few minor issues during my stay. The cleanliness of the room was not up to par, as there was a dirty and damp cleaning rag left in the bathroom.
