One of the things we didn't like about our stay was the lack of accessibility for wheelchair guests. While accommodations were made, the wheelchair room had an oversized bed which made accessing the bathroom difficult.

All was ok, nothing to complain about.

The front desk staff were amazing, helpful, and friendly. They weighed our luggage and arranged a cab for us. The pub served delicious dinners and the receptionist booked a taxi for us early in the morning. The staff allowed me to use their fridge for my special diet food.
