From the moment we arrived, the team was welcoming and attentive. The breakfast at Covey's was a true highlight, with delicious options—definitely worth waking up for!

Unfortunately, we faced a mix-up with our room request, which was disappointing. We also experienced a lengthy delay with our breakfast order on the second morning.

The upgrade to the gold package included delightful afternoon tea, and the thermal spa was a serene escape. Staff consistently impressed with their friendliness, making our anniversary celebratory and relaxing in equal measure.

Chur, the staff were choice, heaps friendly, and the breakfast was sweet as with great options. But the room decor felt dated and could do with a refresh, eh?

Furnishings need updating!!! There was a big crack in one of the tiles in the wall. A proper bar lounge area would enhance relaxation options. Room accessibility issues should be addressed to prevent confusion!!!

The parking was dreadful, making it quite frustrating to find a spot. Additionally, the pool was very cold, which was disappointing as we were looking forward to a pleasant swim. While the staff was friendly, I felt the hotel could use some updates in the room décor and amenities to enhance the overall experience.

The staff were all lovely and very helpful (they even accommodated our requests! ). The indoor swimming pool was a great way to relax after exploring the beautiful town (only a short walk away!

Our family enjoyed three nights at this hotel. The breakfast was well-organized, and the staff, especially Fiona and Pat, were incredibly helpful. Overall, a memorable experience with lovely amenities!
