This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the location was fantastic, as it was close to both the Everglades National Park and a variety of restaurants. We were able to easily explore the beautiful surroundings and enjoy delicious meals nearby. Additionally, the attention to detail in this hotel was remarkable. The rooms were provided with feather-free pillows and comforters, which showed a level of thoughtfulness towards guests with allergies. Moreover, the basic amenities provided were excellent, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to assist us during our visit. We were particularly impressed with the breakfast options available. The omelet with peppers, ham, and cheese was delicious, and the sausage, toasted waffles, and bagels were equally satisfying. we were very pleased with our experience at this hotel.

Everything met our expectations, no improvements needed.

This hotel is conveniently located near great attractions, making it easy for families to plan their vacations. The front desk staff is friendly and willing to help you with anything you need. The fitness center has everything you need for a good workout, and the breakfast offers a variety of choices to keep everyone happy. The rooms are spotless and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the view from some of the rooms is breathtaking.

The bathroom sink didn't drain as fast as it could have.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The room was recently renovated and very clean. Though breakfast started a bit late, the variety and quality of the food made up for it. The location was convenient for exploring the Everglades and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. we would definitely recommend staying here!

Our Christmas stay was fantastic! the hotel was in a great location, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. We loved the ample electrical outlets and USB ports - it's always convenient when you don't have to fight over charging cords. having three separate sleeping areas allowed us to spread out and enjoy our stay even more.

The breakfast selection was subpar, with most items being pre-packaged and not very fresh. the surrounding area was unappealing and uninviting, making it difficult to take a casual stroll or enjoy the surroundings.
