loved our stay at this gem of a hotel on the island. staff were so friendly and made us feel at ease. facilities were great and the hotel had such a nice feel. comfy beds and a delicious breakfast. will definitely be back here.

Mattress too firm for my liking.

As a light sleeper, I really appreciated the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. The rooms were well-insulated, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

As foreign tourists, we appreciated the convenient location with great transport links to explore the island. The hotel staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. The room had adequate lighting and facilities, and we loved the safe with customizable code to store our belongings. The buffet breakfast offered a huge variety of delicious food and drinks. The hotel was newly decorated, very clean, and had a welcoming atmosphere.

Located in the centre of town, the hotel is conveniently situated up a short but fairly steep hill, providing a nice view from some rooms. The bus stop is just at the bottom of the hill, making transportation easy. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with all the necessities. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service.

Some minor noise issues due to thin internal walls.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and the food is of a very high standard. the staff top it all. the service is amazing with pleasant, happy, obliging, and helpful staff. the large room had a lovely view and the bathroom had a whirlpool bath. Good facilities in the bedroom and loads of storage.

The heating in the bedroom could do with a precise temperature setting control room thermostat. the water supply to the bath and shower could also do with thermostatic control.

I recently stayed at the Ascot for a relaxing break. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was cooked to perfection. The hotel is conveniently located and there is a coffee and tea machine available in the foyer at all times. a fantastic stay. The location is perfect, just off the central promenade and close to the seafront in the centre of Douglas. With great transport links to most of the island just a short walk away, it is an ideal base for exploring. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, making sure that all basic amenities are taken care of. The rooms are well-equipped with all the necessities for a comfortable stay, including a full-size bathtub in the bathroom. And to top it off, breakfast is included, ensuring a great start to the day.
