I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I had a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel is excellent, right on the promenade and easily accessible by bus from the airport. The staff at this hotel are incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and I had a spacious room with great views over the bay and the promenade. The restaurant at this hotel serves amazing food, and I particularly enjoyed the fish and chips. The lounge area is cozy and comfortable, and the staff at both the restaurant/bar and reception were always friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful time at this hotel.

The location of the hotel is just perfect, right opposite the sea. I enjoyed watching the waves crashing against the shore from my room window. It's also conveniently located just ten minutes from the town center, making it easy to explore. The room I stayed in had a fantastic view of the bay and the promenade. The bathroom was clean and spacious, and the service provided by the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast served at the hotel was excellent, and the staff in the breakfast area were amazing and friendly.

The ongoing road works outside the front door of the hotel. It deprived me of hearing the clip clop of horses hooves from the horse-drawn trams, which I hope will be restored by the time I stay there again.

Great stay at a hotel located right on the sea front with lovely comfy beds, clean and crisp bedding, and a nice hot shower and bath. Located in a fantastic location with nearby shops and restaurants, buses running frequently, and the ferry port just a short walk away. the breakfast was superb, with an excellent choice every morning, and the restaurant food top class. Tea and coffee making facilities were spot on.

Very small rooms with noisy seagulls squawking all night long. Some rooms are also close to a noisy late night venue, and the lift was scary due to its small size and slow speed.
