The spacious apartment on the 42nd floor was impressive, and the views were breathtaking. The staff at the front desk were professional and helpful, making check-in smooth despite the crowds. I also enjoyed the location, close to local restaurants.

However, I ran into a few issues, including housekeeping missing some details and the balcony being dirty. The internet connection was also frustrating, as I struggled to get it set up properly, which added to my disappointment.

as a guest who expected the red-carpet treatment, I was appalled to find the staff utterly inexperienced during check-in and an ash tray that hadn’t been emptied. I also didn’t receive the complimentary upgrade I am certainly deserved. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t with the constant noise and dirty tiles. absoluteley disappointing.

I had a lovely stay with stunning views on the 30th floor, but the shower temperature was inconsistent and quite annoying! Would I stay here again? Probably!

The modern amenities and proximity to local cafes made our stay even more enjoyable. A truly remarkable experience that I wouldn't hesitate to repeat!

Finding parking was a nightmare!!! No drop-off area for check-in, and the reception is inconveniently located on the 4th floor!!! Clearer parking instructions needed!!!

I spent the last few months here and the front of house staff are incredible , always ready to help with anything you need. The place is quiet , which made my late-night work sessions a little less painful.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but it was still worth it for the space and amenities.

Housekeeping could improve, as some details were missed, but the front desk staff were consistently professional and helpful. The location near restaurants and shopping was ideal, though during check-in on busy Mondays, expect some delays. The barbecue options in the area were a hit, adding to the enjoyable stay.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the 24-hour reception, fitness center, and indoor pool. During my first stay, the staff helped me find my way around, which I truly appreciated. Don't miss using the laundry facilities! I'm definitely coming back for my next trip.

Staying for 6 nights was a treat, especially with quick service when I asked for extra toiletries. The indoor pool and sauna were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The only downside was the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t ruin my overall vibe! 😊
