The database was excellent - the upgrade to a Riverview room was a delightful surprise, and it had everything we needed to be comfortable away from home. the room was great, good sized, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

That the check-in process was a bit slow, which was slightly inconvenient after a long journey.

The apartment was clean and well prepared, making for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, within walking distance to restaurants, entertainment, and transport. the staff were excellent and professional, providing helpful and prompt service.

The slow lifts were also an inconvenience, and the lack of rubbish bins in the rooms, apart from a small one in the bathroom, was puzzling.

I always return for business. Staff once saved my night by fixing room issue swiftly. Everything I need is here: Wi-Fi, 24/7 reception, fitness center, and no smoking. So comfy with sauna, indoor pool, and wheelchair access, making my stay perfect.

We had a fantastic stay at Meriton Suites George Street, Parramatta. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location was convenient for our business in Western Sydney. The whole facility felt secure and well-maintained.

Although the beds were a bit too soft for our liking, everything else about the hotel more than made up for it. The cleanliness of the rooms was inconsistent at times, but overall, the facilities were well-maintained.

My Xmas stay was a blast! the apartment was very cozy and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a great holiday. the location was perfect for exploring the city on foot, with a variety of restaurants and cafes nearby. I was also impressed by the convenience store right around the corner, which saved me a lot of time. the apartment was equipped with a kitchen which helped me prepare my own meals.

I have to admit that check-in was a bit of a hassle. It took some time for me to be able to get into the apartment, as I had to wait for the staff to give me access to the room.
