Had a room with a sea view, which was lovely. the hotel was clean and well-maintained. Convenient location with bus stops right outside and the electric railway just a short walk away.

The breakfast time was crowded and noisy, especially with the influx of coach parties. It was off-putting to start the day in such a chaotic environment.

I had a great stay at this hotel right on the promenade. The view over the sea was breathtaking, and the location couldn't have been better for enjoying a beach holiday. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure my needs were met. The rooms were clean and spacious with good facilities, and the private bathroom was a plus. I also appreciated the breakfast service, as they provided soya milk without needing prior arrangement. The chef did a fantastic job with the food.

Our room at The Rutland Hotel was lovely and comfortable, with a fan provided to combat the heat. The location was perfect, with great views of the coastline and easy access to various attractions. The staff members were friendly and understanding, providing excellent service. Despite a minor issue with squeaky floorboards and a slippery entrance, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and convenient break.

The hotel could benefit from improving its lift capacity, as the current lift only accommodates a maximum of three people, which can be quite cramped.

the room was upgraded to a comfortable large twin with a very clean and secure environment. the bed was very comfortable, and the buffet English breakfasts were large and delicious. the hotel had a warm and friendly atmosphere, and the staff were helpful. the location was great, with a sea view from our room. the hotel offered good quality accommodation at a fair price.

The Rutland Hotel was in a perfect place to chill & relax with a lovely view of the seafront. Quick bus journey into the centre of town was good for us. Breakfast was fab and perfect value for money. Room was clean, nicely decorated, and very roomy.

Felt like royalty, no reason to complain.
