We stayed here for a corporate event and were delighted with the location of this hotel. This place is located right on the town's promenade, which makes it a perfect spot to catch some great views. The service here was excellent, with room service, dry cleaning, and welcome drinks. Our room was well equipped with ironing facilities, tea/coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area.

Although we had some communication issues with different staff members, the onsite manager that moved us to another room was very amenable and pleasant. The leisure spa & wellness centre with an indoor swimming pool and massage treatment was a great way to relax after a long day.

The hotel has a charming character and a beautiful atrium. It is conveniently located near the main town and seafront. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The sea views from the windows are breathtaking. There is a Thai restaurant next door, which is accessible from within the hotel, offering delicious food and excellent service.

The hotel's communal areas were a bit dated, but the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We loved our room with a balcony overlooking the atrium, and spent evenings enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast had a great variety of hot and cold options, keeping everyone satisfied. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our stay at the Sefton was fantastic. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the town center and right opposite the promenade. The breakfast spread was delicious and had something for everyone. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. And the inner atrium was simply breathtaking. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist.

We did have a minor issue with the power outlets in the room. They were not conveniently located near the bedside table, so we had to charge our phones on the dressing table or the TV table.

Had a lovely Easter break with my family. the breakfast was delicious, and the pool was a great hit with the kids. the hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center and close to all the attractions. the staff were all so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble.

The room was a bit tired and could do with some updates. the carpet was stained, and the bathroom needed a bit of TLC.

The rooms were of a high standard and the reception area has greatly improved since my last visit. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. I regret not taking advantage of the swimming pool, but I will definitely use it on my next visit. I can see that the management is making great strides in improving the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The parking was easy and convenient, and the location of the breakfast room overlooking the sea front was absolutely stunning. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.
