For my recent visit to Jerusalem, I stayed at the Ambassador hotel. I was attending academic activities at the Hebrew University and found this hotel to be the closest option. The location was perfect, with easy access to the light railway station just an 8-minute walk away. This made it convenient for me to explore the city using affordable local transport. Additionally, there was a mini supermarket nearby which was very handy. The hotel amenities were great, offering a nice patio and delicious breakfast and dinner buffets. The staff at the hotel were the biggest asset, treating me like a VIP and going out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. Their dedication and attention to detail truly made a lasting impression. I would like to extend my gratitude to Dimitri, the hotel manager, for making my stay "memorable". I highly recommend the Ambassador hotel to anyone visiting Jerusalem.

Decent hotel, 15 min walk to old city. Quiet at night. Nice suite with comfy bed, good toiletries, spacious clean bathroom. Good breakfast, restaurant on-site with reasonable prices. Friendly staff, especially young man at front desk with blond hair.

ambassador was a pleasant surprise during my summer holidays in jerusalem. after a disappointing previous stay in the city, ambassador exceeded my expectations with their friendly staff, delicious food, and comfortable rooms. i will definitely choose them again in the future.
