This hotel is in the perfect location, right in the city center and only a few minutes walk from the park and shops. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, and they all speak excellent English. The rooms are well-maintained, with a huge terrace that offers nice views. I loved having breakfast on the balcony every morning, even though there weren't too many options available.

There was a slight issue with noise from the surrounding area, but it didn't really affect my overall experience.

During our romantic escape, we really enjoyed the fantastic staff at the hotel. They treated us like royalty and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The room was neat and clean, and we particularly liked the fact that we were given an upgrade. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of all the action. We were able to easily explore the city and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. Additionally, the free airport transport provided by the hotel was a great convenience.

They arranged my transportation to and from the airport, gave me great recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions, and even organized a trip to a nearby monastery. The location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the city, surrounded by coffee shops and stores. The room was sparkling clean, and the bed was super comfortable.

That the wifi didn't work in my room, but I could still access it in the cozy lobby area where I could sit in comfortable chairs while browsing the internet. I couldn't be happier with my stay.
