I really appreciated the personal touch of the manager calling me to ensure my satisfaction. The location was great and the grounds were beautiful. The hotel had upgraded its customer service, which was evident during my stay.

The best aspects of our stay were the beautiful countryside location and the helpfulness of the staff at reception. We also enjoyed the comfort of our room and the excellent room cleaning service.

The worst aspects of our stay were the issues with heating and hot water in our room. the evening meal was also disappointing, as it was not the luxurious buffet that was advertised and everything seemed to be reheated and dried out.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impressive. The hotel facilities were great, and we especially enjoyed the beautiful grounds with the greenery, pine trees, and bubbling water. The location was perfect for relaxation and we found it very convenient to have parking available. Breakfast was delicious and the staff adhered to all the necessary safety measures.

I had a very pleasant stay at a hotel in Maalot. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel grounds were beautiful, with a lovely duck pond. There was plenty of parking available and it was a great base for exploring nearby beaches, attractions, and hiking trails. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Hacienda Forest View was definitely worth the money. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the surrounding forest. The staff treated us with exceptional hospitality, making sure all our needs were promptly taken care of.

Breakfast offerings could use improvement, perhaps by adding more variety to the menu.

We loved the variety of activities offered at Hacienda Forest View. We enjoyed mini golf, ping-pong, and even had a fun card game night. Perfect for friends going out at night!

Ruim appartement, schoon en netjes. Dicht bij het strand en de boulevard. Vriendelijk personeel en dagelijkse schoonmaak. Voldoende ontbijtopties beschikbaar, maar miste wat bruin brood en vers fruit. Goed restaurant beneden. Overall een goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.
