The hotel had copious hot water in the shower and provided plenty of hangers. The bellhop, Angel, was incredibly attentive and greeted me by name every time I entered and left the hotel, making me feel like a regular. The location in Centro was great and the overall ambience of the hotel was warm, welcoming, clean, secure, and well-maintained. The staff was professional, warm, welcoming, and attentive. The exercise room and steam room were excellent, and the buffet breakfast was a feast with attentive servers.
