We stayed at a hotel in a great location, surrounded by the vibrant streets of Saint George Street. It was a steal with its budget-friendly price and included access to a pool, sauna, and gym. The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The staff, including Ibrahem, Samer, and Ali, provided excellent service, making our stay enjoyable. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast spread, giving us a great start to our day.

Cleanliness and hotel facilities were comparable to international level hotels. The location is well placed for the old city and within 200 meters of the Light Rail. Very close to almost any attractions sites in this city. Breakfast was varied and good. The staff was amazing, very friendly, and helpful.

Located just a 15-minute walk from the sea of Galilee's street market, this venue was conveniently located for us to explore many nearby attractions. The staff was incredibly accommodating and provided excellent service, from the front desk to the manager. We enjoyed amenities such as room service, dry cleaning, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance. Additionally, the spa & wellness centre was a great way to relax with a sauna and massage.

I had a fantastic stay at Cosmos at Leonardo! The pool was perfect for hanging out with friends, and the kosher dinner option was a great touch. The rooms were clean and having a bathtub was a nice bonus. The evening manager at the bar was awesome!

The hotel offered a huge buffet, with super fresh and beautifully prepared food from all over the world. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities provided added to our stay's enhanced comfort and quality services. The spa and wellness center were great, offering a sauna, swimming pool, and massage services. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxing. The free airport shuttle was a nice touch and made our arrival and departure hassle-free. it was a wonderful experience and we highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The personal approach from the Guest Relations Manager was mind-blowing, offering kind words and making my stay comfortable. The hotel's location was super convenient, with easy access to the tram that takes you to major attractions for just $1. The lobby was beautiful, and everywhere was spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and the room was spacious with a big bed. The breakfast was jaw-dropping, especially the halva. The service provided by Yael was excellent, with personal attention that made the experience pleasant. The hotel also offered convenient parking. Fair value for the price.

We had an amazing stay at Leonardo Hotel in Jerusalem. The spa area was absolutely fantastic, and we loved the gym facilities. The food at the dining room was unbelievably delicious, especially during Shabbat. The front desk staff were extremely responsive to any issues we had, and the service was top-notch. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Jerusalem.
