Highly recommend anyone visiting Tiberias to stay at this Hotel. From the friendly staff to the delicious breakfast and stunning sea view, my stay was delightful. the manager, Natanel, ensured our needs were met. the outdoor pool and nearby landmarks like Ha-Tsdafim Beach and Hamat Tiberias National Park provided opportunities for relaxation and family bonding. I look forward to returning.

Rooms were clean and spacious, and we appreciated the complimentary chocolates, water, and wine. the attentive hospitality of Nati, the General Manager, and the rest of the staff truly made our stay memorable. The parking availability was convenient, and Nati's personalized service stood out, making us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. Cons: Would recommend this hotel.

Additionally, the leisure facilities such as the outdoor swimming pool and the well-maintained sun loungers added to the overall comfort and relaxation during our visit. At my go-to spot, they helped with my lost sim cards once. Everything I need is here: Wi-Fi, paid parking, 24-hour reception, restaurant, laundry. Perfect for my trip back!

The view overlooking the lake was stunning, and the breakfast spread was diverse and delicious. the staff was courteous and provided chocolates, water, and wine in the room, which was a nice touch. the beds were comfortable, and the room was spacious and clean.

The room smelled musty, and there were issues with the cleanliness of the kettle. the request for separate beds was not accommodated, leading to a less than ideal sleeping arrangement.
