I stayed at this place for five days and had a fantastic time. The hotel is located in the city center, which was very convenient for my daily tours. Additionally, they provided an underground parking service for a fee, which saved me the hassle of finding parking elsewhere. The staff was very attentive and provided excellent room service. I loved the amenities, especially the soundproofed rooms and the in-room safe. The staff was from America which was an added bonus because it made communication more smooth and understanding. Andrey from the reception desk stood out to me with his customer service. the service was excellent.

Cleanliness can be improved.

The people working here were nice and helpful, and they offered us adapters for our electronic devices which was a nice touch. We also appreciated the fact that they served food even after hours. The hotel is located within walking distance of a nice park and playground for kids, and there is a car rental place nearby.
