Great rooftop breakfast with city views.

During my stay, I was so annoyed with the slow room service. When I finally called for ice to ease my sore leg, I received a ridiculously tiny bag. Adding insult to injury, the app for ordering never worked, and no one picked up the phone late at night. It's outrageous that a hotel can't even provide basic assistance when needed.

Ja, no, the location was on point—two blocks from Zocalo! Those brekkies were amazing too, so much to choose from. The bike rental was a total win for a pre-dawn ride through the streets. The staff were super warm and helped with everything, shoutout to the bonds I made with them!

Room was a bit on the small side but still comfy enough for my needs.

The location was fantastic for sightseeing, just a couple of blocks from the Zocalo. I loved the large, comfortable bed and the great bathroom, which made relaxing after a day of exploring really enjoyable. However, we had to keep asking for extra coffee pods and towels, which was a bit annoying. Overall, it was a nice stay, especially for visiting the nearby attractions like the Metropolitan Cathedral and the Palacio de Bellas Artes.

the nh collection mexico city centro historico has an amazing location, just a few blocks from the zócalo and historic sites. the room was comfortable with great a/c, which was essential in the heat! breakfast was delicious, and the late checkout option was super helpful, especially with a late flight. they also have a well-equipped gym for a good workout.
