The hotel had great facilities, including a restaurant with excellent breakfast options. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they arranged tourist cabs for us, which were excellent. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. we found this hotel to be excellent value for the money.

Great location, just a short walk away from the main square and Palacio de Bellas Artes. The hotel has a stylish design and the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast selection was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. The spacious and clean rooms were a plus.

We experienced some issues during our stay. Upon arrival, we had to wait for over half an hour before being given our room, with no compensation offered for the inconvenience.
