The hotel had great facilities, including a restaurant with excellent breakfast options. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they arranged tourist cabs for us, which were excellent. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. we found this hotel to be excellent value for the money.

Great location, just a short walk away from the main square and Palacio de Bellas Artes. the hotel has a stylish design and the rooms are comfortable. the breakfast selection was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. the spacious and clean rooms were a plus.

Upon arrival, we had to wait for over half an hour before being given our room, with no compensation offered for the inconvenience. there were some maintenance issues, such as a leaking shower door and an unexpected electricity cut off, which were not resolved promptly by the staff.

The breakfast buffet is excellent - a large, varied selection with an omelet station. It stays open until 11:00 a.m. The staff is friendly and keeps everything clean. The location is quiet and convenient, close to the main attractions in the Centro Historico.
